Refund Policy

At PokelixTCG, we offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. However, refunds are only applicable to unopened and sealed products. Once a product has been opened, it is not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pokelixtcg@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
